Some days you just need some good news
So leave it to “Happy Posts” the web 2.0 social networking site where terrorism, stalking, bad behavior, gun fire, death, desecration and ruin just won’t fly. Happy posts describes themselves on their web site as:
Every day, we are hit from all sides with negativity. At work, on the radio in the car, from the television at home and online. We know it takes a toll on us all. But, we believe that if you put good stuff in your mind, good will flow out. So, we set out to create a place where anyone from any background could tell about the good things that happen to them.
We’re not concerned about where you’re from, what you do or what you believe. One thing we are sure of, though, is that every one of us has at least one happy story to tell. And that is exactly what we want you to do. Use your own words. Be creative. Go crazy and lose yourself in wild abandon while telling your stories your own way. (Of course, please just make sure it is Rated G…this is a family site.) Source: HappyPosts
It’s a great idea to have a web site that is focused on the good things that we do to each other or for each other on any given day. In many ways while we revel in the negiative, and celebrate the ugliness of things that happen to us. We know that we are better together, and when we have something starkly evil happen, the way that we pull together as a community, city, nation or state we show where our true courage is. Best of all, it is a web 2.0 social networking site where the good prevails in a way that does not happen in every day life.
This is one site that is worth visiting when you just need some good news.

I just wanted to say thanks for the post. We’re really excited that many bloggers have taken notice of our community. Thanks for helping us get the word out by plugging us.
