The paper work of Starting A Business
We have often commented on the way that people have been starting up their businesses on the internet. While many bootstrap, angel fund their way leaving VC’s pretty much so cold unless things get really bad, one other aspect of starting up a business is finding someone to do the state paperwork.
We did our state paperwork through a lawyer, and it cost about 1,200 dollars, which for us is a major expense unless it is yet another computer. Moreover, as we tinker around with pay per post, which this is a pay per post article (more following on that one), IncParadise came high on our list of things we could write about.
As we went through the price list from Washington State, they are doing it for a bit under 300 dollars. Most small businesses are already minding the money that they are sending out, and while we really like the lawyer we worked with, and we found the application process for starting a company in Washington daunting to say the least, it is at least a boiler plate kind of issue and work.
So if you can get the price lower, through using this link for California LLC at IncParadise, then that makes financial sense, and while folks go about making the next great facebook application, or application that can be posted on programmable web, or other great fantastic money making thing, getting the paper work done is a very government thing to do. Having all the paper work in place means that your COO, CFO or accountant will at least have a leg to stand when it comes to doing business in the state. Plus the tax folks will love you for it.
IncParadise is not the only one out there, but they have great rates, and this was our first PPP commissioned article.
