Courts seek Vaughns life insurance records

As we continue to follow the case, the lack of information has been interesting as the murder of the Vaughn family by the accused, Chris, has been in and out of the news systems. This is the first update in almost a month since he was extradited back to Illinois after an abortive attempt to forestall a possible death penalty.

We will keep updating this as we come across new information. As the police search for a motive for something that is generally not understandable, it will be even more interesting to see what happens when this thing goes to trial. We will be covering that as well, but at the rate things are progressing, we probably won’t see a trial date until well into next year.
