WSA needs help creating a Puget Sound Technology Universe Map
If you want to support some interesting research, then this is your chance. The WSA is looking for volunteers to fill out a survey and help create a “Puget Sound Technology Universe Map”. They state in an e-mail this morning,
WSA, Washington’s technology association, is excited to partner with Seattle University and Virgina Tech researchers on a project to understand and document the history and genealogy of the Puget Sound technology industry.
This project, involving both an online survey and in-person interviews, will help anyone interested in the industry understand the companies, institutions and people that have shaped our region into a world-class technology center.
We need your help to make this project a success. Please complete the online survey of your company history by clicking here.
The results of this study will be a written report and graphic poster depicting the Puget Sound technology “universe.” An example of this poster can be seen by clicking here.
We would very much appreciate if you could help us elicit a high response rate by completing all the questions and forwarding this e-mail to other technology executives, venture capitalists and entrepreneurs you know.
Thank you in advance for your support in helping us build our “family tree.” We look forward to sharing the results with you as soon as they are available.
If you are interested in helping out, you can take the survey here.
