When ecommerce truly fails the Mazda 404 page complete with link breakage

If you go to the Mazda main site at mazda.com and click on the link for Mazda USA, you end up with the happy 404 not found page. All I wanted to do was check out how expensive, and what kind of neat things I could get for my car this morning, no such luck.

Now they have happy links at the bottom to take you right to Mazda USA page, and others, but the links on the 404 page also do not work. Maybe the web site is down, maybe I don’t want to really buy a new Mazda RX8, either way, the site outage, or even link breakage means that people can’t go surfing the Mazda site right now.

There is some humor here, 404’s can be fun, and there are people who are probably happy that I can get to their sites rather than the Mazda site this morning.
