Many folks will flood linked in and Facebook looking for new gigs, but the social support that is needed can only come from a dead pool feature, and Techcrunch is leading the way on this one.

What we need now is a new version of internal memos and the whole picture will be complete. Internal memos along with F’d company helped a lot of people get over the shock of being laid off, and make it seem like those pink slip parties were going to be cool. Not a room filled with desperate burned out zombies that barely realize what happened to them.
