With all the layoffs, we decided that we would start posting jobs for people in the Seattle, Bellevue, Renton, and Redmond area to help folks. Jobs being scarce, and time being on peoples minds right now it might not be a bad idea to follow along with the idea and do a customized job search for folks. This is purely an “as is” service.

The service we are using is Job Thread, which is a free to post service for jobs. This means that for those critical positions that people are needing to hire, and have budget to hire, you can post your job listing there. Techwag will pick it up and post it on our site. We figure the job postings will be seen many times per day, and having a local focus here might help.

We are taking a direct page from Read Write Web here, but while RWW goes national, we are really only interested in what is happening in the Puget Sound region. I hope that it will help folks out who are looking for employment. You can job hunt all you want, with any luck you will land on your feet. Good luck!
