Image via CrunchBaseWell this might explain why there are so very few Google hits on many of my sites, Google’s scanning robot sees my sites as nothing more than a shill for drugs and other things that do not show up in any of my web sites. Unfortunately there does not seem to be a way to clean out what Google thinks the web sites are all about, and get them back on track.
Techwag shows these keywords in my site content.
Alternating Reality, our brand new shiny start up shows these keywords in my sites content.
What is going to hold back the process is that the only real answer to the appearance of keywords that are not supposed to be there is the automated “You have been hacked” process, and that I can request a review of the web site. You can try the safe browsing system that Google provides, but on the diagnostics neither of the web sites indicates that they have been hacked. The problem is the wrong keywords in Google, right when you are trying to get more traffic to your web site.
Now comes the interesting part, you can ask to have your web site reviewed, but the site has not been hacked, or you can wait to see how long it takes Google to clean out what they think they know against what the web site really represents. It really looks like the only way to try to get the system cleaned out of the wrong keywords is to ask for a new scan, even though they are not banned in Google, the idea of asking for a reinclusion consideration on this one looks like the only way to clear out the wrong keywords, and try to get things on the web sites back up to speed.
