Who is your favorite Seattle startup? Do they deserve and award for being totally cool, totally awesome to work with or work for? Are they cutting edge and having a great time? Then you need to go vote for your favorite Seattle Web 2.0 startups.

Many of Seattle’s best and brightest are heading a panel that will decide based on your votes who are the coolest, the best and the brightest of Seattle’s startups in the Seattle 2.0 Awards 2009.

The Seattle 2.0 Awards recognizes the amazing accomplishments of the best of over 300 Seattle area technology startups (despite the challenging economy), and the exceptional people who are behind their heroic efforts. We will single out the very best of the best, as judged by the people who knows best: their peers in the startup community. So nominate your favorites, make sure you and your colleagues vote for them, and then attend the awards ceremony on May 7. Source: Seattle 20

There are 1,003 nominations already made, and this is an important way of showing your support for a vibrant and important counterpart to Silicon Valley. A lot of credit for this happening goes to Danielle Morrill (no relation) for making the whole thing happen. Go vote, have fun, show who you love.
