Interesting video taken three years ago where Seth Godin talks about why things are fundamentally broken when it comes to the things we do. The video is about 21 minutes long, and worth watching. This is the Vimeo version of the file because of poor performance on the Google Video Version.

What is interesting is that this is almost three years old, and from multiple viewpoints on Boingboing and Seth’s own blog, not much has changed. The question is how can we take what we know now, and try to have a more seamless experience in the way that we interact with multiple sites and people. It is a great question, but not one that is going to be answered any time soon. In the mean time, the video is worth watching, and as we move forward with our systems, designs, plans, and interconnectedness, try to make it so that our experiences are less broken and less choppy across all the systems we interface with.
