Who is your favorite Seattle Startup and how do they rate in the now 345 company long startup index maintained by Seattle 2.0. What is interesting this month is the number of new startups that are on the list, 11 of them in total, along with a number of others that have dropped off; either through being IPO’d or bought out, or simply closed their doors.

As always this is a list of interest to anyone who follows the Seattle startup scene, and it is nice to see Marcelo’s new company, TweepML on the list as well debuting at number 148, not a bad showing. While there is always going to be a robust debate over any list like this, and there are always issues with lists like this, the Seattle 2.0 startup index provides good information about the companies that are here, along with an idea of how successful they are being.
